NATO has a system that helps group organizers quickly and effectively manage room block requirements. All your contracted allocations are visible in one place with easy and intuitive status displays.

Contracting hotels groups is paperless. Many hotels with NATO Group contracts are already connected to the system, but any hotel can be added. Request the rooms you need for your event from one or more hotels directly through the system.

Group offers are made directly by hotels with NATO contracted terms and conditions. Once accepted they are automatically loaded and visible by the organizer and hotel(s).

Group organizers can manage guest lists themselves by entering names singly or by copy/pasting from an email or document. Alternatively, create a website in seconds from which invited guests can make their own booking.

Picked up rooms can be monitored at a glance and rooming lists created in your preferred format by both the group organizer and the hotel. Managing the required rooms in also easy. Rooms not picked up at the release date can be automatically released back to the hotel and changed dates and room numbers can be easily made.
